So, as a man who travels a lot, all over the good ‘ol USA, I find the importance of a nice clean hotel room to be #1. Often I have a ton of gear (band stuff) in the van and I always have my two girls with me (my wife and daughter), so if the hotel is a bit scary or unsafe – it is out of the running for me. This is the exact reason we stay at the Red Roof Inn – Bell Rd when we are in Phoenix on tour or business. This particular hotel is always well staffed, clean and well lit for safety in the parking lot. The hotel manager always greets us with a smile, and our room keys always work the first time. After we get to our room, we turn on lights that work, sit down to work at a desk/table that is clean and shower in a clean bathroom, well stocked with clean white towels. For all this, we only paid a total of $95 for 2 nights thanks to ‘red super fares’ that can be found via the Red Roof website. If you need a hotel in phoenix and don’t want to pay out the nose for a hotel near the airport, this suburban hotel is a fine choice.
