DOES NIXON STYLE ‘MISSING AUDIO’ SIGNAL CENSORSHIP?
October 31, 2008 by PT Rothschild.
WE NEED NEW, HONEST, OPEN GOVERNMENT AT TEMECULA CITY HALL, SAYS ABBOTT & HERNANDEZ
Temecula, CA – In the wake of sign pulling as reported by fellow gonzo journalist Matt Pierce, the additional instances of sign pulling as told by Abbott include 40 signs carefully placed around the prescribed, per handbook specs, areas of the Mall & a pitched to the gully sign that was placed and pounded into the dirt the previous morning at 4AM by Rita V. Hernandez’s son on the way to work at the corner of Rancho Vista & Ynez Road.
It will be evident when listening to the ‘found’ audio sections of the last city council meeting being rebroadcast on Monday night, Nov. 3rd, on cable channel 3, 7PM, whether any censorship is being attempted. The time has come for change on the Temecula City Council. There are too many unanswered questions about conflicts of interest, public deception, and inside deals. Please join ALBERT ABBOTT & RITA V. HERNANDEZ on November 4th in bringing a new voice to the citizens of Temecula. Lets get answers to these, and many other questions, and bring open, honest government back to the citizens of Temecula! A VOTE FOR ABBOTT & HERNANDEZ IS A VOTE FOR OPEN, HONEST GOVERNMENT! “Better business, not business as usual”
This email from an Abbott supporter came in, read it from the bottom up to get the whole story. Keep in mind the the name of the Abbott supporter was Xxx’ed out for his privacy, however the rest of the emails are unedited.

I doubt the Mayor (or at lest I hope) was not stupid enough to write that note, but likely one of his people…either way, if he cannot set the tone or “rules of engagement” to his supporters, I question one’s ability to get people to follow during a recession.

xxxxx,
Regarding the sign placed on your fence, I have a writer, P.T. Rothschild for the fullvaluereview.com That has taken an interest in this story. I did not disclose your name or address because I did not ask you, but I did repeat what you told me in your email. He was challenced by his editor to get proof of this. His editor dose not believe that Naggar or a member of his team would do what was done. He was hoping to get a picture of the sign and nasty letter if possible. Is that something you would feel comfortable with? If so let me know. I think this could really show the residents what the mayor and home team do to us when we are not looking. Hope all is well.

buckle up. I am really mad…. You should never feel threatened, especially with a sign that is forcibly placed on your property that states, “I Like Mike”….the implication is slanderous to my intelligence.(Like that?) Stay tuned… By the way, here is my letter that replaced the sign. I attached it with duct tape….in the same place they screwed my sign into my fence.
Dear Honorable Mayor- As with most residents of Temecula, we do not look forward to the littering of campaign signs strewn throughout the city during any election year. What is most concerning is the lack of common courtesy of asking a property owner their permission BEFORE placing signs on their personal property- let alone before driving wood screws into one’s personal property (such as my fence). We would imagine this would be as rude as placing a competing candidate campaign sign directly into your own front yard- let alone with a threat that “you are being watched.” As Mr. Xxxxx travels extensively, this threat is very disturbing to Mrs. Xxxxx and our minor daughters. As for the signs for Stew and Mr. Abbott, we personally placed these signs on our property- and they asked for permission. Thank You - The Xxxxx’s

Xxxxx,
Contact the police, and save all evidence for them. They are breaking the law. Second it would be great for you to take a picture and write a letter to the editor of both local news papers showing just what they are doing. They must ask to place a sign on your property and making threats is against the law. You can also send a complaint to the FPPC, fair political practices commission for such a thing. Thank you for the update and please keep me in the loop.

I had a Mr. Naggar sign actually screwed into my wood fence with the big note taped to the top of it, ” DO NOT REMOVE. IT’s AGAINST THE LAW. YOU ARE BEING WATCHED.” First, that’s creepy and my wife and minor children are creeped out. Second, can a candidate simply place a personal campaign sign on someone’s yard (even if an easement exists?). What would preclude Mr. Naggar from coming onto your property and placing a NAGGAR sign. It would be equally rude for you to do the same.
