THE RACE OF MYTH – UNDERSTANDING AMERICA TODAY

OBAMA AND McCAIN, GENESIS BOOKENDS BRING GOD INTO THE QUESTION
Most people in this country have fallen into the race divide. At one time and for maybe two thirds of my life, I too, was in that gap. It’s hard not to fall into a racial category living in this country even if you are Asian, Mexican, or Arab. A Pakistan associate of mine told me that when he walked down the street in (God-fearing) Utah with his blond ‘ranch girl’ wife, whites (I assume men) would say ‘nigger’ to him as they passed him though he had nothing African-looking about him except his skin color. My grandmother (whose father was a French Jew) and my grandfather who looked like a Haitian had to carry their wedding license when they were young to show the sheriff when he stopped them to see if they were a ‘mixed’ couple.
Our American heritage is hung up on skin color/race probably due to (1) the slavery history, (2) economic pecking order, (3) religious propaganda/dogma, (4) government tradition of ‘divide and conquer’ and (5) commonplace ignorance. Let’s start with the last reason first because that one is the easiest to explain and one that we are all a part of. For some reason, we as a people (Americans) have been duped to believe that skin color = race. There is only ONE race, that is the Human race, but we have all been seduced by the ‘experts’ and rulers from kings to Congress into believing we are ‘different’ from each other due to our skin color.
Even attributes have been lumped into the color question, and this isn’t just some logic you can waltz by. It’s culturally imprinted in us ‘normal’ folks. Having a different color wife or girlfriend doesn’t take it away either. I left my ‘hood’ only after running around with metaphysical circles because in those cases, you either have the ‘force’ or you don’t, skin color has nothing to do with your ‘gifts’ or powers. So how did we get here? Well, part of this is God’s fault, if you can fault God for doing something that Man misinterpreted. After all, our collective Ego says we should be able to figure out what and why God does things. When God confounded the language at the Tower of Babel, it was taken as a sign that God wanted the different skin colors or ‘races’ to be segregated from each other. However when you really read the Bible, God was merely restating His original purpose for Man: breed and re-populate the earth by spreading around it. That was said to Adam and Eve and it didn’t change, especially after the flood when people were scarce. The Bible also tells us that Babel’s population collectively stated that they wanted future demographics to know that once all men lived together in harmony, even if they were in contradiction to God’s plan.
This may not be an ‘earthshaking’ revelation unless you understand that the inhabitants of Babel were a multi-colored or in present day terms, multi-racial rabble. Of course the ‘official story’ is the races came into play after people moved around and experienced environmental effects that brought the different ‘races’ into existance. If you have ever spent some quality intimate time with someone whose skin color is quite different from your own, you know this is complete bullshit, otherwise Eskimos would be more Scandinavian. Eve was completely different in every way from Adam and this was done so that Adam would never lose interest in Eve. Imagine being the very first man and God presenting you with a ‘woman’ who is not only different physically in structure but different in color. This theory is seemingly backed up by the fact that the name ‘Seth’ means facsimile and he was given to Eve so his particular ‘seed’ (or the racial/coloring of one of his parents) would not be lost.
Various people and organizations find comfort in believing the color system of separation. It gives us all a reason to think that we, individually, are ‘better’ or more deserving than someone who is a different shade of human than we are. Malcolm X saw this truth after Mecca as did Dr. Martin Luther King when he marched for the poor whites and blacks in one of his last acts of peaceful civil disobedience. And this truth set them both free, from this planet, because the ‘lie’ or myth of ‘race’ sets and keeps people from seeing the world as Jesus saw it, as he said God sees it, and that’s just the way the Devil wants it.
