Andy Dick arrested at Murrieta Buffalo Wild Wings, charged with drug possession and Sexual Battery

Murrieta, California - According to the Murrieta Police Department, popular comedian and television personality Andy Dick, was arrested this morning shortly after 1am at the Murrieta Buffalo Wild Wings on Murrieta Hot Springs Road.

At 113am, Murrieta Police responded to call at Buffalo Wild Wings, 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Murrieta to investigate an intoxicated male at the location urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and stopped a truck which was leaving the location. Witnesses told the officers one of the truck occupants had sexually battered a 17 year old outside the restaurant and bar.

The 17 yr old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17 year old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.

Andy Dick was in the front passenger seat of the truck. A curbside lineup was conducted and the male was identified by the victim, as well as a witness. During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets. According to police, Andy Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. No explanation as to why a 17 year old girl was at a bar after 1am was provided, nor was there any indication that a curfew citation was given.

Mr. Dick was booked at the Southwest County Detention Center in Murrieta on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), sexual battery and public intoxication. He is currently being held at the Southwest County Justice Center on $5,000 bail.

The event has brought some of the LA television stations to the area to film, as seen in this photo from 1145am this morning.

**UPDATE**

According to Full Value’s very own ‘Door Bitch’ Vanessa (BTW, before you assail me for calling her that, she made that name up herself, she is the cashier at our concert events), Andy was getting his drink on at local watering hole The Corner Pocket in Murrieta when he was asked to leave by the Murrieta Police Dept. This was about 3 hours before being arrested across town at Buffalo Wild Wings.

“That wasn’t the first incident that Andy Dick had with police that night. At around 10pm he was escorted out by police from the Corner Pocket”, explained Vannesa “The cop made it very clear that if Andy had anymore alcoholic beverages in the city of Murrieta that night that he WAS going to jail. They let him off with a warning and let his friend pick him up.”

Other people had spotted Mr. Dick all over town in the past few days, including one person saying that Andy was spotted at local casino Pechanga and was asked to leave because him and his friends were being loud and annoying other customers. En 113am, Murrieta Policía respondió a un llamamiento a Buffalo Wild Wings, 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Murrieta para investigar un varón en estado de embriaguez en el lugar para orinar fuera del bar y causar una perturbación. Mesa llegó y se detuvo un camión que salía de la ubicación.
