16 year old male sexually assaults Temecula women while sleeping in bed with her husband

Temecula, California - On May 18 at about 400am, Officers from the Temecula Police Department responded to a residence in the 41000 block of Carlton Way, Temecula, reference a residential burglary and sexual assault that just occurred. The victim reported that a male suspect had entered her home and sexually assaulted her while she slept next to her husband in bed. Awakened from the incident, the husband chased the suspect from the home, but lost sight of the suspect in the residential area.


A vehicle believed to belong to the suspect was located in front of the victim’s home. Further investigation led to the identification of the suspect as a sixteen year old juvenile from the City of Temecula. Officers continued their investigation and mid-day the juvenile was located and arrested for the listed charges and booked into Juvenile Hall. Due to his age, the suspect’s identity will not be disclosed.

Utah man stabs his brother in Murrieta and is arrested

Murrieta, California - On 05/17/2008 at 533am, the Murrieta Police Department responded to a residence in the 24500 block of Corte Descanso regarding a stabbing. A male reporting party dialed 911 and informed dispatchers that his brother had stabbed him in the back with a knife.

Officers arrived on scene at 537am and saw an adult male, identified as Nathan Delacruz, 31 of Toelle Utah, holding a small bladed knife in his right hand. Delacruz immediately dropped the knife and was detained by officers. Officers located the stabbing victim, who is Delacruz’s brother, laying inside the residence with a large puncture wound.

The victim was transported to Inland Valley Hospital where he was treated for his injuries. Delacruz was transported to the Southwest Detention Facility were he was booked for assault with a deadly weapon.

Stupid Criminals: Man runs out of gas in stolen car, calls police for help

Murrieta, California - On 05/17/208 at 630am the Murrieta Police Department received a 911 call from the pay phone located in the 39800 block of Los Alamos Road, near the Mobil Gas station. The caller informed dispatch his vehicle was out of gas and he needed assistance because he is homeless.


Officers arrived on scence at 633am and saw a Dodge mini van with the front door open parked next to a pay phone. The subject had a set of keys in his hand and was flagging down officers. Officer Carney checked the van’s license plate via dispatch. The van returned as a reported stolen vehicle from Arizona. The subject’s car key belogned to the reported stolen van. Timothy J Holt, 45, was arrested and admitted to stealing the vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona last week.

Mr Holt was transported to the Southwest Detention Facility and booked on the indicated charge.
