HOLY ALLEGRO BATMAN!! NEW MUSIC SHOWS ARE APOPPING ONCE AGAIN!

WEEKEND PROMISES NEW MUSIC FOR ALL EARS & ALL AGES ONCE MORE

Temecula, CA – As the headlines reveal, new music shows are back again with a vengeance, as in ‘V For Vendetta’. Friday proves to be the busiest night with three different spots presenting ‘quick and lively’ aka cheerful music. First up is the annual Temecula Music Fest brought to by Bill Gould and all the happy faces at the Full Value Entertainment complex. Over the three days of May 16th to May 18th over 50 bands from the genres of Rock, Indie, and Acoustic will be presented, including Red Planet Records’ Cetas Aspire, Starving For Gravity, Phil Locash, On Being Human, Burke, Peachcake, and Valiant, just to name a few of the names local scenesters will recall. The three days will feature a different charity nightly so the Fest is bringing more than just music to benefit the hometown crowd. This is the available play list at press time, but early word has it that Friday, starting around 2PM the day and night will be dedicated to rock. Saturday will be Indie/Alternative and Sunday will feature both blues and bluegrass. Check here for any last minute info. All three days of the Fest will be at the Temecula CRC facilities (also called the Temecula Amphitheatre).

Across town on Friday at ‘The Merc’ will be appearing Foghat openers, Nice Day, with Soul Profit. Nice Day continues to be one of the most up and coming bands around town, playing shows where available here and showcasing their talents from San Diego to LA. “Break a leg” goes out to both bands.

And across town from both those music shows on the same night is the grand opening of Aromas, located in French Valley and the latest attempt to bring a non-alcohol intimate music venue to this valley. Staring in her 2nd area music show is the latest talent endowment to come out of this valley, Murrieta this time, country sensation Skyler Day, who delighted and amazed fans at last week’s debut event, ‘Live at The Merc’, in Old Town Temecula.
