Temecula woman, along with four others, arrested in sex sting at Perris hotel

Perris, California - At approximately 5:00 P.M., deputies from the Special Enforcement Team conducted an “Out Call / Escort Sting” program
at the Perris Day’s Inn. The program was designed to apprehend female suspects who solicited male undercover officers for sex. Undercover officers contacted females who were advertising as “escorts” in the Perris area.

The females used the CraigsList.org to advertise that they would provide sexual fulfillment for money. Many of the suspects exchanged the word ‘roses’ as the term for money in the ad they placed online. Once the escort arrived to the hotel and made a solicitation of sex for money, they were arrested. During the course of the operation, five females were arrested for solicitation of prostitution.

Arrested and booked at the Southwest Detention Center for solicitation of prostitution was Rexann Stalnacker (21 yrs.) from Pittsburg, Ca, Arlesa Henry (26 yrs.) from Mojave, Ca, Brynn Christopher (23 yrs.) from Perris Ca, Victoria Cook (22 yrs.) form Torrance, Ca, and Brianna Wilson (22 yrs.) from Temecula, Ca.

Moreno Valley Teacher arrested for molesting boys in the 1990’s

Moreno Valley, California - On October 10, 2007, the Moreno Valley Police Department began a criminal investigation into a series of child molestation allegations being committed by a school teacher currently employed at the Landmark Middle School. The molestations wereDonald Fay mugshot reportedly committed in the 1990’s.

After an exhausting investigation with contacting former students, Moreno Valley investigators gathered sufficient information to secure a warrant for the arrest of Donald Fay, 53, of Moreno Valley.


Mr. Fay has been arrested and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for the following criminal charges: 288 PC - Child Molestation (38 counts); 289 PC - Forcible Acts of Sexual Penetration (36 counts).

This investigation is continuing and the Moreno Valley Police Department is asking anyone who may have additional information regarding this case to contact Investigator Steve Buenting or Investigator Jason Corey at 951-486-6700.

Murrieta teens arrested in botched robbery at Bank of America


Murrieta, California - On Thursday 11/8/2007 at 1042pm Officers from the Murrieta Police Department responded to the Shell Gas StationAlyssa Fragnoli (courtesy of myspace.com) at 39614 Los Alamos Road. Officers responded to a 911 call regarding an assault on a motorist that occurred near the drive-through ATM at the Bank of America at 39398 Los Alamos Road. The Bank of America and the Shell Gas station share the same city block.

Officers arrived at the location and found the victim injured from a taser gun activation to the ear and face. Additionally, the victim had facial injuries from the assault. Officers learned the victim was approached by 2 male juveniles as he exited the drive-through ATM in his vehicle. One of the male suspects asked permission to use the victim’s cell phone. The victim refused and was immediately attacked. The attack was initiated by one of the suspects, as the other suspect acted as a look out. The victim was tasered in the face and ear area, as well as punched in the face. The assault took place through the victim’s driver side window. The victim, fearing for his safety, fled the area in his vehicle, leaving the suspects behind on foot.
