PUT UP OR SHUT UP ATTEMPT ON CAPITAL HILL


Washington, DC – Once again the feds are trying to stifle a basic freedom. After legislating away the fundamental right of habeas corpus, the Empire is now trying to take away your right to free speech, in a whisper. However, in a country where freedom still exists, nothing happens in a vacuum, so here, my dear readers, is the downlow on the smackdown. Senate bill S 1959 “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007″ must be stopped at all costs. If this bill is passed, and becomes law, your words and actions could be considered terrorism. S 1959 EVISCERATES FREE SPEECH, and empowers the govt. to declare ANYTHING they deem an “extremist belief system”, instantly make you a terrorist, resulting in stripping of US citizenship, torture, and/or execution, with no habeas corpus rights, no ability to challenge even in the US Supreme Court. If this becomes law, your words could be considered “promoting an extremist belief system”, and all they have to say is that you are using PLANNED OR THREATENED *FORCE* (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE VIOLENCE) –FORCE by exposing CORRUPTION, CRIMINALITY against “THE CIVILIAN POPULATION OF THE UNITED STATES, *****OR ANY SEGMENT THEREOF” READ THE BILL MANY TIMES AND VERY CAREFULLY–YOU ARE THE TERRORIST (WHICH MEANS THEY CAN STRIP YOUR CITIZENSHIP, AND HAVE YOU TORTURED AND EXECUTED). TIME FOR ANOTHER TEA PARTY? FTSQ!


USA, CA – On November 27^th, Gentleman’s Quarterly, a magazine more stately than Playboy, will hit the newsstands with it’s ‘Man Of The Year’ issue and this year, the political ‘Man Of The Year’ is none other than Dr. Ron Paul, the ‘dark horse of the year’. Largely under the radar, Republican candidate for 2008. Dr. Paul, a leader and winner in many straw polls, and the sleeper ‘hit’ at the recent Iowa GOP gathering, at least among the young and active-minded rather than the status quo Republicans, has appeared as a blip on the mainstream media radar when he collected a record 4.2 M in a single twenty-four hour period, prompting CNN’s Glenn Beck to sling the first mud by calling Ron Paul supporters ‘terrorists’ because the ‘money bomb’ day was the fifth of November, a British day noted for a man named Guy Fawk (see the movie ‘V For Vendetta’). And now comes another historical day for the next ‘money bomb’. On December 16^th, Dr. Paul’s campaign is calling for money to mark the Boston Tea Party anniversary, although emails to the loose band of ‘meet-uppers’ scattered across the country have been urged to give money now too, to help gear up for the New Hampshire primary coming soon.

Certainly the mood of the country is ripe for change, and a big one, after being lied to, bullied over, and completely sold out by the best politicians and biggest hypocrites money can buy. The system now is so bankrupt in substance that a woman and a black man have entered the usual tried and true formula of two older and oldest rich white guys who are both lawyers. Ron Paul is picking up the ears of everyone who is aware that this government is out of control. A recent IRS report “finds the wealthiest 1% of ‘Americans’ made 21.2 % of all income (2005), up from 19% in 2004, the highest percentage since WWII and … the 90’s bull market.” Meanwhile the bottom 50% of us, and many of my readers, made 12.8%, down from 13.4%. With a billion dollars a week leaving the country, everyone can feel the blood-money letting. Ron Paul’s answer to the money problems are such: bring all foreign troops home, now, starting with Iraq; stop enabling Israel to the tune of 6 billion dollars a year; return the country to the ‘gold’ standard; fire the federal reserve board, get rid of it’s bank, and issue our own currency again; and abolish the ‘income tax’, a tax started originally to fund a war and never repealed. Generating funds will be the industrialization of hemp, including the legalization and taxation of pot, along with the usual other money avenues for the now downsized bureaucracy.

Unlike most of the field running whose last sound bite is as true as the last poll directed, Ron Paul’s record speaks for itself, for over thirty years, and never wavered, never waffled, and now it seems, never weakened either. The question isn’t whether Ron Paul can close the class gap, it is whether he will be noticed by the main stream, voted in, and then allowed to by the wienies who caved in to Bush and Cheney, and do the job. FTSQ!

Murrieta, California - During the Month of November approximately 30 Back Flow water valves were stolen from businesses along the Jefferson Ave. and Adams Ave business district. The Suspect would break the back flow valve from the business causing a geyser of water to flow from the business until being detected by a passerby. Many of the businesses were forced to be without running water until the valve could be replaced.


On Novemeber 19, 2007 at 1000 hours, Riverside Sheriff Detective Cornett from the Perris Station, received a call of a subject attempting to recycle 14 back flow valves at a recycling plant in Perris. Detective Cornett was aware of the recent back flow valve thefts from the City of Murrieta. Detective Cornett responded and detained 23 year old William Franklin Harris Jr. A check of the serial number on one of the back flow valves returned as being stolen from a business in Murrieta on 11/20/2007.

Detective Matt Haddad and Robert Anderson responded to the Perris Station to investigate if Suspect Harris was the person responsible for the recent rash of valve thefts from Murrieta businesses. Detective Haddad found that 8 of the 14 valves Suspect Harris was attempting to recycle, were stolen from Murrieta Businesses located off of Jefferson Ave. Suspect Harris was taken to the Murrieta Police Department were he was interviewed and admitted to stealing 20 back flow valves in Murrieta dating back to the beginning of November. William Harris Jr. was arrested and charged with Grand Theft. Harris was also found to be on Formal Probation for a previous drug offense and additionally charged with Violating Probation.

Murrieta, Califorina - On Monday, 11/19/07, at about 220pm, Corporal Jay Froboese and Officer Stacie Day attempted to stop a speeding motorcycle that had no license plate. A vehicle pursuit ensued north on Jackson Avenue through Nutmeg and into a residential tract. The motorcyclist pulled into a garage and closed the garage door. Officers surrounded the home and shortly thereafter the motorcyclist exited the home and was detained. The motorcyclist was identified as Nathan Gomez, 33 years of age and a Murrieta resident.


Officers recovered a stolen Ford pick-up parked in the driveway of the same home. The pick-up was reported stolen in Temecula on 11/6/07. A search of the residence resulted in the recovery of two loaded firearms — one being an illegal assault weapon. Gomez has a restraining order that prohibits him from possessing firearms. A key to the stolen truck was also located inside the home.

Gomez was booked at Southwest Detention Center.
