Pot farm raided in Murrieta hills west of Bear Creek
August 2, 2007 by Bill Gould, Publisher.
Murrieta, California - On Tuesday, 07-31-07, the Murrieta Police Department received a call reference a Marijuana cultivation located northwest of the Bear Creek Golf Club Community. A resident on Eagles Nest Court found someone had tapped into their irrigation line. The irrigation line led the resident to a drying/harvested Marijuana grow.
Murrieta Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team responded and found the water line continued further into the brush and trees, feeding a mature Marijuana cultivation. The cultivating Marijuana plants were approximately 1000 yards west of the residence on Eagles Nest Court and not on Bear Creek property. The suspects appear to be Mexican Nationals due to containers and food left behind.
