NOT A WASTE OF TREES: THE INLAND EMPIRE WEEKLY - A REVIEW
July 10, 2007 by PT Rothschild.
Being a political person means I ride a bicycle as a protest against the ‘war’ and shout ‘HEMP use’ to every new ‘greenie’ I see who has a platform on MSN talking about biomass application. I deploy the cutting down of trees and have for decades, ever since a ‘moment of clarity’ experienced among the pines in the wake of my mother’s funeral. But I am a realist and know that as the world turns, it turns the way it always has. For centuries people have cut down tress to make paper. The use of paper from trees is one of the financial linchpins that was used to railroad HEMP into illegality in 1937. So you must appreciate my comment that the INLAND EMPIRE WEEKLY, published every Thursday and distributed to over 900 locations throughout the Southern California area referred to as ‘the Inland Empire’, is not a waste of trees.
