ON THE ROAD AGAIN, AGAIN: THE TOUR THAT JUST KEEPS ON GOING
March 23, 2007 by PT Rothschild.
Worldwide - On March 22nd it was announced that The Rolling Stones would resume(?) their ‘Bigger Bang’ tour which had thought to be ended with the last tour date in Vancouver, B.C. last winter. The tour which had lasted about two years and covered both the United States, Europe, South America, and many locations in-between was highly successful (well duh). Apparently the ‘world’s oldest & greatest rock ‘n’ roll band’ having withstood divorce, slander, rip-offs, slagging, underage sex, alcohol, and drugs, can’t stand having too much time on their hands. The group photo shown at the tour announcement shows everyone flashing a smile. So far only dates across the pond have been posted with the first concert scheduled to start sometime in June. No news on whether the U.S. will be added to the tour schedule. Keep it here for further details as they become available. And yes, if they do come back through these parts, yours truly will be there to bring you all the rocking details.
