Temecula California - Tonight on FOX’s American Idol we learned that Murrieta’s Joelle James did not make the cut for the final 24. James, at only 16, is a veteran of TV competions having appeared on CBS’s Star Search at 12 and PAX’s Americas Most Talented Kids at 14. James seemed to take the news as best as any professional would, with saddness and some tears, but also with respect and her dignity in place. She was praised by American Idol Judge, and singing star in her own right Paula Abdul, with Abdul noting - “Joelle, you are a wonderfully talented girl. However, you did not make it through.”

There will be an InView very soon on the proposed ‘Divine Strake’ bomb test to take place in the Nevada desert north of Las Vegas. Sometime in 2007 a 700 ton mega bomb will be exploded in an area that contains radioactive waste from past nuclear tests in the 40s, 50s and 60s.

This is bad - and we must do all we can to stop it.

I was reading your article on the Java Jo’z (Cuppy’s) situation. I’ve been following this on the different franchise boards as well. You make a point that I’ve made before on those boards that Robert Morgan’s name was no where to be found in the UFOC. Having been involved in franchising before, I’m curious to know if Robert Morgan was involved in the process of you purchasing the Java Jo’z in Temecula?”

(I did not purchase a Java Joz - I only attempted too, but was beat out by other buyers in Sept of 2006, Debbie and James Lyons who currently operate the Murrieta Java Joz, NOT Cuppys, location. Mr Morgan never contacted me, nor was I aware of him in the least, my only contact with Cuppys was Micheal Luvano, who also owned the Murrieta Java Joz until it was sold to Mr and Mrs Lyons. Mr Luvano answered all my questions fairly and honestly, to the best of my knowledge. - Bill)

“If so, it’s contradicting the information that they’ve provided in their official press releases, as they stated he was only involved in Elite Manufacturing. It also means that he should’ve been included in the UFOC.
