Hollywood, Fla - We have audio from an interview with Capt. Fitzgerald of the Hollywood, Fla. Fire Dept. who responded to her hotel roon to find her unresponsive.

Anna Nicole’s body has now been moved to what is being called the ‘VIP’ area at Memorial Regional Hospital, where special keycards are needed for entry. More info to be released as we get it.

Hollywood, Fla. - Anna Nicole Smith has died after collapsing in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Despite theefforts of paramedics, she did not survive. Anna had been transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in
Hollywood just after 2:00 PM EST and was pronounced dead around 3:45 PM EST.

Anna had been hospitalized for a week last November with pneumonia. Her son Daniel died of a drug overdose on September 10. People Magazine is reporting her new born (Sept 7 2006) daughter, Dannielynn is in the Bahamas with family.

Smith was born Vickie Lynn Hogan on Nov. 28, 1967, in Houston, one of six children of Donald Eugene and Virgie Hart Hogan. She married Bill Smith in 1985, giving birth to Daniel before they divorced two years later. More info will be posted as it comes in.
