Ashley:
With her very sweet and graceful voice, Ashley is very highly recommended to see. Her guitar playing is serine and pure talent. Ashleys song playing has a welcoming mood and a peaceful tone. With a Jewel like touch, her acoustic performances are great for just a relaxing evening. The strumming of her guitar is delicate and graceful. As she finishes, the crowd applauds her breathtaking performance.
The Trade:
The Trade is an extremely rad band to see. The five rockers are very dedicated to making their fans time worth while, after being together for the past four years. With two key boarders/guitarists (Kord Hey Board/Triton Mini with Fender Telecaster Marsell Half Sack and Gibson Les Paul/Tri Amp Houghs Ketter) gives the band a hint of electronic, but never the less they are a complete rock band. When leading vocals, Christopher Lopez, gets in the crowd, it sets a real sense of intensity. The drumming and bass playing give you a beat that can keep you dancing all night long. They make everything fun when they perform! The crowd loves it when The Trade plays a nice game of Guess the Number and meeting fans after a show. They are an amazing bunch of people as well as musicians and everyone should see them more than one time in their life.
Neon Trees:
Right as the first sound of talent pours from the speakers; kids in the crowd already begin to dance. These groups of young fellows, straight from Orem, Utah, has entered a small coffee house and mentally form it into a small arena judging by the large group of fans shoveling in to witness the band they have longed to see. Neon Trees is an extraordinary band. With a pink bandana wrapped over his head, singer Tyler Glenn dances rapidly as the lyrics fly up his throat, and expel from his lips in a more violent manner. Using anything but the typical set that you would see anywhere else, drummer Jason Gibbons sports a wicked set of Roland V-drums. Neon Trees is a very active band to see. So active that people were nearly kicked in the head. They are worth seeing for a great time.

Eric Neil at Water Canyon Coffee July 28 2006
July 22, 2006 by Bill Gould, Publisher.
Singer/Songwriter Eric Neil, with special guests…
At the Water Canyon Coffee Co. In Yucca Valley
Friday, July 28, 7-9PM
Neil is known for environmental and political folk songs which have had considerable media exposure around the country. He has several new songs as well as a number of his favorites he would like to introduce to his friends during the show. He will include some of the lesser known secular and religious music from his planet, but there will be no nudity permitted this time, either on stage or in the audience (sorry-rules are rules). As in the past, this music may attract visitations from the space lizards. If this happens, please do not be tempted to feed them, (remember what happened last time). Photo attached.
